  • Responsible for end-to-end full cycle recruitment

Skills & Experience

Required Skills:

  • 1-2 years of full cycle recruitment experience (2+years of IT Recruitment)
  • Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of recruiting across a wide spectrum of technical IT roles from mid-management to senior level positions
  • Managing volume req loads, Working in Various ATS, Creative sourcing strategies
  • Consistent and strong conversion ratios, Time to Fill and Placement Ratios


  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
